What we collect, and what we don't.
This site collects almost nothing. There is no analytics, no advertising, and no tracking. The only personal information we hold is what you deliberately send us in an enquiry or an email.

Project enquiries.
Our enquiry form asks for your name, email address, company (optional), the kind of work you need, an indicative budget, a timeline, and a short brief. You choose what to put in it. We use it to answer you and to scope the work — nothing else.

Email correspondence.
If you email us, we keep the thread so we can carry on the conversation and keep a record of what was agreed.

Server logs.
Our hosting provider records ordinary web-server information such as IP address, browser type and the pages requested. This is standard infrastructure logging used for security and reliability. We do not use it to build a profile of you.
No analytics. No advertising. No cookies of our own.

- We do not share your brief with anyone outside the studio without asking you first.

Services this page loads from.
Loading a page from another company’s server necessarily reveals your IP address and browser to that company. These are the only ones this site uses:

Delivers the typefaces this site is set in (fonts.googleapis.com, fonts.gstatic.com).
- 02Fontshare
Delivers an additional typeface used on some pages (api.fontshare.com).
- 03Vidflow
Hosts and streams the films shown on this site. Video is requested from Vidflow’s content delivery network when a film plays.
- 04Our hosting provider
Serves the pages and keeps the server logs described above.
Links out to Instagram, TikTok, Facebook or a client’s website take you to a service with its own privacy policy, which we do not control.
How long we hold it, and how to get it deleted.
We keep enquiries and correspondence for as long as we are talking to you, and afterwards for as long as we need a record of the engagement. If an enquiry does not become a project, tell us and we will delete it.
You can ask us to show you what we hold about you, correct it, or delete it. Email contact@lioncreatives.com and we will respond. Depending on where you live you may have additional rights under laws such as the GDPR or the CCPA; we will honour those requests regardless of where you are.
Films and photographs of real people.
The work shown on this site features real clients and, in event work, their families and guests. It is published with the permission of the people who commissioned it. If you appear in something on this site and want it removed, email us and we will take it down — you do not need to explain why.
This site is aimed at organisations commissioning creative and technical work. It is not directed at children, and we do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 13.
If this policy changes we will update the date at the top of this page. Material changes will be described here rather than made quietly.
