What we collect, and what we don't.
This site collects almost nothing. There is no advertising, no tracking across other websites, and no cookie of ours in your browser. The personal information we collect through this site is what you send us in an enquiry or an email, or give us when you book a Real Estate package (section 08), plus the technical details described below — which now include a few measurements of how quickly the site loaded for you. Those go to our own server and to no one else.

What a form or an email tells us.

Project enquiries.
Our enquiry form asks for your name, email address, company (optional), the kind of work you need, an indicative budget, a timeline, and a short brief. You choose what to put in it. The enquiry also carries the page you sent it from, the page that linked you here, and any campaign parameters in the link you arrived on, so we know where an enquiry came from. Campaign parameters may be kept in your browser’s session storage for the duration of your visit so they can be attached to an enquiry you send; this is not a cookie, and it is gone when you close the tab. We use it to answer you and to scope the work — nothing else.

Email correspondence.
If you email us, we keep the thread so we can carry on the conversation and keep a record of what was agreed.

Server logs.
Our hosting provider records ordinary web-server information such as IP address, browser type and the pages requested. This is standard infrastructure logging used for security and reliability. We do not use it to build a profile of you.

How fast the site was for you.
We measure the speed of this site as real visitors experience it, because the only honest way to know whether a site is fast is to measure it where it is actually used. A page load may send us six numbers: how soon the first content appeared, how soon the largest element appeared, how quickly the page responded to your first interaction, how much the layout shifted while loading, how long our server took to answer, and — on the home page only — how long the film took to become visible. With them we record the page you were on, whether you were on a phone, a tablet or a computer, a rough size band for your window, your browser family, and the kind of connection your browser reported.
The page is recorded as an address only. Anything after a ? or a # is not sent, so the campaign parameters in a link you followed never reach these records. Nor does your name, your email address, anything you type into a form, anything the estimator asked you, or the contents of your browser’s storage. Your IP address is not stored with the measurements; it is read at the moment of the request, and only to stop one source flooding us.
This measurement is our own. It is sent to our own server, no analytics company is involved, and it adds no third party to the list in section 04. It sets no cookie and keeps nothing in your browser. The records carry no identifier of any kind, so they cannot be joined to one another, to an enquiry, or to you.
No advertising. No tracking. No cookies of our own.

- We do not record your screen, replay your session, or capture what you type into a form.
- We do not use advertising or re-targeting pixels.
- We do not set cookies of our own — not for tracking, not for anything.
- We do not follow you across other websites, and we hold nothing that could identify you between visits.
- We do not sell, rent or trade personal information.
- We do not share your brief with anyone outside the studio for their own purposes without asking you first. It is stored in Lumetrin OS, our internal client-management system, and the service providers listed below handle it only to run this site and send our replies.
- We do not use your enquiry to add you to a mailing list.
Services this site uses.
Some of these load in your browser, which necessarily reveals your IP address and browser to that company; others are contacted by our own server when you send an enquiry or book a call. These are the services this site uses:
- 01Vidflow
Hosts and streams the films shown on this site. Video is requested from Vidflow’s content delivery network when a film plays.
- 02Our hosting provider
Serves the pages, keeps the server logs described above, and holds the speed measurements from section 02 in storage we control. They are not shared with anyone else, and no analytics company is involved.
- 03Cloudflare Turnstile
Bot and human verification used on the contact form and on the booking page (challenges.cloudflare.com). It loads when you open the contact page or the booking page, and your IP address is included when the check is verified.
- 04Lumetrin OS
Lion Creatives’ internal client-management system, where enquiries are stored and managed.
- 05Resend
Email delivery used for enquiry-related messages: the notification to the studio and the confirmation we send you. Lumetrin OS also uses Resend to send the booking confirmation and reschedule emails for a Real Estate booking.

Scheduling used when you book a call.
- 07Stripe
Processes card payments when you book a Real Estate package, on its own secure checkout page. Lion Creatives does not store your card number, and Stripe’s own privacy policy applies to what Stripe collects.
The speed measurement described in section 02 is deliberately absent from this list. It runs on our own server and sends nothing to anyone else, which is the reason it was built that way.
Links out to Instagram, TikTok, Facebook or a client’s website take you to a service with its own privacy policy, which we do not control.
How long we hold it, and how to get it deleted.
We keep enquiries and correspondence for as long as we are talking to you, and afterwards for as long as we need a record of the engagement. If an enquiry does not become a project, tell us and we will delete it.
Speed measurements are kept for about 90 days and then deleted. We may keep summaries for longer — how many measurements we took and the typical speeds for a given month, page and device type — because a summary describes how the site performed rather than how any one person used it, and cannot be turned back into an individual visit.
You can ask us to show you what we hold about you, correct it, or delete it. Email contact@lioncreatives.com and we will respond. Depending on where you live you may have additional rights under laws such as the GDPR or the CCPA; we will honour those requests regardless of where you are.
Films and photographs of real people.
The work shown on this site features real clients and, in event work, their families and guests. It is published with the permission of the people who commissioned it. If you appear in something on this site and want it removed, email us and we will take it down — you do not need to explain why.
This site is aimed at organisations commissioning creative and technical work. It is not directed at children, and we do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 13.
If this policy changes we will update the date at the top of this page. Material changes will be described here rather than made quietly.
What booking online adds.
This section applies only to booking a Real Estate package online, and it follows the Real Estate Booking Agreement (sections 19, 20 and 25).
What we collect
- Your name and contact details.
- The property address, its type and approximate size in square feet, and any access notes or instructions you give us.
- The package and appointment you choose.
- Your payment status and any refund status. Card details are not collected by us: see Stripe, below.
- The version of the booking agreement you accepted, and the date and time you accepted it.
- Your answer to one optional question: whether Lion Creatives may show the finished photos and video of the property in its portfolio and marketing. It is not ticked for you, and you can say no and still book.
- Where you came from: with your booking we also send the address of the page you booked on, the page that referred you and the page you first landed on, and any campaign tags in the link you followed (utm fields), so we know which of our pages led to a booking.
Why
To hold and confirm your appointment, take payment, carry out the shoot, deliver the finished media, process any cancellation or refund, and keep the record of what was agreed. We also use your contact details to write to you about your booking. The system sends a confirmation when a booking is made and a message if it is rescheduled; we may also write to you about access, scheduling, cancellation, refunds and delivery. That is separate from marketing, which we would ask your consent for on its own.
Who handles it
Vercel, our host, relays your booking details from this page to Lumetrin OS. Lumetrin OS is the business platform that stores bookings, customer records and payment records on Lion Creatives’ behalf, and it sends the booking confirmation and reschedule emails through Resend, its email provider. Stripe processes card payments on its secure checkout page. Lion Creatives does not store your card number, and Stripe’s own privacy policy applies to what Stripe collects. The human check on the booking page is the Cloudflare Turnstile service described in section 04. We do not sell your information.
How long
We may keep the booking record — the accepted agreement version, the time of acceptance, the booking reference, the package and amount, and the confirmation and payment status — for contractual, security, operational and compliance purposes, in line with applicable law and retention requirements. We have not set a fixed period here. To ask what we hold, or to correct or delete it, see section 05 and the contact below.
