The films, photographs, designs, copy, code and the Lion Creatives name and mark on this site belong to Lion Creatives or to the clients who commissioned the work. Nothing here is licensed to you by being visible.

Client work is shown with permission.
Every project on this site is real, and it appears here because the client agreed it could. It is shown to demonstrate our work, not to transfer any right in it.

Third-party marks.
Client and organisation names are used to identify whose work is whose. They remain the property of their owners and their use here does not imply any endorsement of Lion Creatives by them.
Nothing on this page prices or commits a project.
Sending an enquiry, requesting a call, or receiving an indicative range from us does not create a contract and does not reserve capacity. Any engagement begins only when both sides sign a proposal or statement of work setting out scope, price, schedule, ownership of deliverables and payment terms. Where those documents and this page disagree, those documents win.
We keep it up, but we do not guarantee it.
This site is provided as it is. We do not promise it will be available without interruption or free of error, and we are not liable for loss arising from your use of it or from being unable to reach it. Nothing here limits any liability that cannot lawfully be limited.
