- Travel is included within 20 driving miles of Lanham, Maryland. Farther than that, any travel charge is quoted before you book.
- Payment
- The full price is paid when you book, securely through Stripe. Your booking is confirmed once the payment succeeds and we issue a confirmation.

- Rescheduling
- One reschedule is included, requested at least 24 hours before the appointment. It takes effect only when we confirm the new time.
- Weather and aerial
- Weather can postpone a shoot; we then offer a free new time, an alternative you agree to, or a refund. Aerial footage in Signature Cinematic is conditional, not guaranteed.
- Property access
- You arrange access and prepare the property. If access is not available within 15 minutes of the start time, the visit may be treated as a no-show, which falls under the under-24-hours row above.
- Delivery
- Finished media within 72 calendar hours after the shoot, weekends and holidays included.
